Who operates Zest Western?

Zest Western is operated by ANIU LLC, a company registered in the United States. Orders are fulfilled from China.

How can I contact you?

Email support@zestwestern.com. Include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can locate your order.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. Keep your order confirmation for order and support reference.

Which payment methods and currency do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store; confirm the checkout currency before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us promptly. If the order has not shipped and fulfillment can be stopped, we will cancel and issue a full refund without a cancellation fee. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. Shipped orders are handled under our Return & Refund Policy; do not refuse delivery as a substitute for an arranged return.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Processing normally takes 2–3 business days, with dispatch generally on the next business day after processing is complete. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–20 business days for other supported destinations. Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

Supported destinations, shipping charges, and any eligible free shipping option for orders over US$70 are displayed at checkout before payment.

How do I track my order?

We will email tracking details when available after dispatch. If you have not received a shipping update within 5 business days of payment, contact us so we can check.

What if delivery is delayed or marked delivered but missing?

Contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and discuss an appropriate solution. Also check household members, safe delivery locations, and your local carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return an item, and where do returns go?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Returns are sent to our return facility in China. Email us before returning anything to obtain the correct address and instructions; normally send the return within 14 calendar days of receiving those instructions. Do not send returns to our registered business address or the address on the parcel unless instructed.

Who pays return postage?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage to China; international postage can be significant. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded in these cases, except where required by law. We charge no restocking fee. For incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, we arrange an appropriate remedy at our expense, including reasonable return costs if a return is required.

What if an item is wrong, damaged or missing?

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where practical, photos or a short video. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Reporting an issue later does not automatically remove statutory rights.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to inspect returns within 3–5 business days after receipt. Once approved, we initiate refunds to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the credit. Statutory refund deadlines apply where shorter.

Will customs charges apply?

Taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Unless expressly included, import duties, customs charges, and destination taxes assessed by local authorities are the recipient's responsibility.
